Production

Most pieces are handmade to order. Production takes about 14 days. We ship your piece as quickly as possible.

Delivery times after production

• Germany: 1–3 working days
• EU: 2–9 working days
• Outside the EU: 5–16 working days

Shipping is free. For shipments abroad, local taxes and customs duties may apply.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. Please announce your return by email to mail@schmiedebosslau.com. Bespoke pieces cannot be exchanged. See also right of withdrawal.
